I was browsing PMF's website today and noticed their Adjustable Center Carrier Bearing Drop Bracket. I've been looking at different wasy to get rid of some of the shudder in my truck with the 8" lift. Right now all i've got is it shimmed a bit.

Would this help more? Is it good? Anyone actually have one? Is it easy to install with only basic knowledge and tools or should I have a shop/mechanic do it?

i have it if you have the off road fuel tank skid plate you will need to modify
or look at the OUO unit

other than needing to mod mine ( IDK if he changed it since I bought mine?) that is works perfectly

the real nice thing about the adjustable units is you can set the angle also so you take all the pressure off of the rubber isolator
but it is not guaranteed to take out drive line shudder if your pinion angle is off
