I looked online for stations around me to see if any had biodiesel. The Kum and Go (yes, its really named that) stores had an article from a few years ago that they had B2 (not a typo). I filled up there, and the pump only had the ULSD sticker on it. Would it say if it was bio, like the ethanol pumps are stickered or some other way?

depending on where you live Biodiesel is pretty much non-existent at pumps. There is a special tax/fee just for bio-storage so thats why its usually the same or more expensive then regular diesel so it makes it not worth it to the consumer.
Why you ask? Millions of americans havent realized that biodiesel can be made at home from stuff you can buy at home depot (methanol & lye) and grocery store. Imagine if we all started making bio or burning straight veggie oil how many billions of the dollars the oil companies would lose.

By law, it should be marked at the pump.... ULSD, B5, B10, B20, etc.

But you need to consider the cost of biodiesel supplies going up according to demand. I started making Bio 8 years ago and I could get methanol at .90 / gal. , now its up to 2.25/ gal . due to the economy and increased demand.

you're absolutely right. Its just another method of getting us to not do it and thats why Grease Haulers get subsidies to sell dumpster grease over seas. Just to let you know the price of methanol in California where I live is $5.50 a gallon.

Cannot forget the fact that when you make your own fuel, the Gov'ment loses out on Taxes.
Im curious how owners of the nissan leaf and chevy volt are paying their road taxes? Do they even have to?
