Ok, I just flushed my 2007 F-250, tonight i am letting it sit with distilled water, and tomorrow i plan to instal a new thermostat and new antifreeze. I need to pick up some engine coolant, i have 3 gallons of Menards Brand, but not sure I want to use it.

If you know of something better let me know, links to pictures would be helpful.

I wouldn't use it.

Use CAT or rotella ELC
With the ec-1 rating. Hopefully you haven't clogged your oil cooler, and rust doesn't form in your block.

Sent from my phone that somebody didn't help me get.

Yikes!!! No, ELC with cat ec-1 rating.

where can i pick that up?
ANy CAT Dealer will carry it. My NAPA couldn't get it. You can also try any large truck dealer that repairs CAT Engines or does CAT Service. They can always order it. It cost me around $109 for 4 gallons of concentrate. A little more pricy than the other alternatives but it doesn't get any better than actual CAT.

Any Cat EC-1 rated ELC will do. Rotella, Dello, Cat, Zerex, Prestone, etc., etc.
