My vote is the plastic CAC tube on the drivers side that comes from the CAC to the intake right behind and above the radiator fan. The tube has a series of bellows that likes to split on the bottom, its below the aircleaner so you cannot see it till you take it off. Mine split right there and it sounded exactly like you are describing. Replace it with a metal one with a boot on the top connection and you will be good to go.
