I'm trying to replace the clutch coil on my 2006 F350 6.0 air conditioner compressor and from the you tube vids that I saw, there is supposed to be a snap ring holding the coil in place. I'm down to the coil and I do not see a snap ring. Is the coil pressed onto the compressor? There is a groove on the inside of the new coil that looks like it would accommodate a snap ring. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Ramjet
