I just bought a used f550 crew 4x4 dually with an reading utility box (anyone want to trade for a regular dually bed), but anyway, I am making a list of items to do, here is what I have so far, but I have questions in the order I should do the items, or just wait and do everything at once. This truck is used to haul a car hauler, and a flatbed with an excavator.

egr delete (sinister)
head gaskets (ford OEM, .18 or .20 thickness???)
arp head studs
oil cooler (recommendations welcomed)
coolant filtration system (sinister)
sct x3 programmer
magnaflow exhaust (unsure as to which one)

for monitoring the truck
autometer quad pod pillar with
diesel hpop
pyrometer
trans temp
oil temp
single steering pod with boost gauge

I have read alot and there is a ton of great info on here.

the 18 or 20 on the OEM heads gaskets refers to the dowel size. depending on year on if you have reman heads you could have 18mm or 20mm dowels. what year is your truck.

Just some advice, you could probably save quite a bit of money by going with an Edge CS/CTS monitor instead of the quad pod. By the time you add up all the components, the pillar gauges get pretty expensive. But it boils down to personal preference really!

Yea you have 18mm dowl holes for your gaskets.
