hi all new to this site..posted once before and you guys were a big help to me...got a new question but not sure how or where to post my thread..so here goes...I have a 96 f250 7.3L powerstroke 4x4...my question is I am puting in a 6.0L intercooler in my truck..I found a link a while back someone had posted and showed step by step how to install..great job guys...now my question is everything seems pretty simple with the install of intercooler except for 1 thing...they mention pushing back the A/C rad closser to the main rad,buy straighting out the brackets and puting the 2 rads almost touching each other..that seens simple enough but here is the clincher..the hoses from A/C rad under the hood are not flex lines they are solid, how do you move them or push them back..you cannot unless you cut them...that the only thing that seems problamatic...can some one help me out with this fix...thanks

When you take the brackets off the cooler to straighten them the cooler moves around, the lines will move more than far enough for the distance you are going

because on the passenger side under hood the line is only about 12" long..pretty hard moving a/c cooler back 1 1/4" when the condenser is there..
12" line won't move at all its in a straight line...

pull those brackets off, it will move back, be careful tho, they are weak, mine were broken when i unbolted it, but you only need to move the bottom of the condenser in, i actually never even put the brackets back on

Attached to that hard AC line is also flexible line, it will move back without problem, I assure you, yours is no different than all the others that have added an IC
