Alright guys,

I went on my first long trip after installing the lift (200+ mile rd trip) about half way to Corpus (from Houston) the ABS light came on. After getting there and running around the city it turned off. Getting back on the highway it came back on. Since then it seems to have a mind of it's own. On/off when ever it wants

What do you guys think?

Maybe a short from your abs wires rubbing since you just got a lift put on that would be where I checked first :thumb:

You have the ABS light or the SRS one? The SRS is the airbag warning light.

As for the speed sensor, isn't there one in each hub for the 4wheel ABS?

Thats cool, thought it was a typo.:thumb:

As for the wheel sensors, anyone know exact location? Like I said, I think 4wheel ABS there would be one in each hub so it can monitor speed at each wheel, but not sure on exact location. Probably could just follow the wires.:dunno:

which side is responsible for the speedo readout?

also, do the rings tend to fail/wear out on these trucks or just the sensors usually?
