Did not get any fuel pressure from the fuel bowl.
You have no pressure, or you haven't gotten a reading?

Ok so you've done a Lot of work I see. But after all that work, it ran well for some time? None of these problems immediately followed any of it?

That pic was during cranking
No, you show 2300psi at 184rpm, the other pic shows 2900psi while your rpm is 0

The truck died when driving. Had intermittent stop start for a bit. After it died we put a heat gun to it and two cylinders weren't firing. Decided to replace those two injectors. That didn't work so then I started at the tank and worked my way up to the front. But still no luck. This was a year ago.

the CPS i have is a motorcraft part like recommended.
idk anything would just go bad after a year of sitting if they are supposed to last for quite awhile.

I must have taken that screenshot right when I stopped cranking.

I didn't get a reading from Schrader valve port on back of fuel bowl.

Leave the cap off the filter and key on -- is there fuel in the housing? does it fill quickly?
Pressure at the test port is an important step in figuring this problem

I had this same problem (crank no start), on a 2001 7.3 that I had. It died on me one day in the middle of the road just died and that was it. I had white smoke coming from the tailpipe when cranking. Pulled it home and I checked out everything that I knew would keep it from starting and everything checked out fine. I had the charger hooked up on med. to keep the batteries up while cranking and noticed that it developed a power draw and my battery voltage got way high like 15.5-16v and then it would drop as soon as you shut the charger off and be dead in under a min. Ended up the one battery had a dead short in the cells and that ruined my PCM. Replaced both batteries and the PCM and that solved my problem. Got the new PCM in and the truck fired right up.Not sure if the batteries went bad and ruined your PCM but figured I would share my experience. I know how frustrating it can be. Best of luck to you.
