[/U]problem with oil in my coolant. I have a 97 F-350 and have oil in the coolant but no coolant in oil or filter. I need to know if this sohow do I checkunds like a bad oil cooler o
r some thing else ?
I think I get the jist of your post (maybe ... complete sentences help others understand). First, make sure the "oil" is not fuel, which would indicate possible cracked injector cups. As far the possibility of an oil cooler leak, I would just get the o-rings and gaskets and reseal it. I would also do a good flush on the cooling system. Cheers!
Sorry about the word jumble ! Don't know what happened it was a clean sentence when I typed it ? Thanks for the info . Yes it is oil and not fuel , I had to fill the crank case then found the problem !
