Greetings, first time on here.
Here's the deal i just bought this truck a couple weeks ago and there is a list of things done to it. I need some insight on what to do next as this is my first diesel.
Adrenaline Hpop
Ts 6 postion tuner
BDP D66 turbo 1.0 a/r
Kn cold air intake
Deep transmission pan/Transmission Fan. Tranny was rebult 40k miles ago
3in down pipe to 4 inch straight pipe
Irate diesels e fuel system.
The truck has 220,000 miles on it and i have no prior knowledge of the injectors being replaced.
What's the best route to go in this case doing the intercooler first or injectors?
Any feedback on this is greatly appreciated I'm open to anything.
Thanks

Most will say intercooler first but you'll take a bunch of it off to do injectors anyways.

So injectors with proper tuning then intercooler if it's getting done soon after.
Do you have any recommendations about which injectors to purchase. I feel like my goal Here is 450 hp max I don't really want to get up to that 500.
Is the php hydra worth it?

Stock rebuilt trans won’t last with any injector upgrade.
trans 1st.
then IC
Then 160/30 injectors or 230/80s with custom tunes put on that TS
Might want to look at the CFM map of the turbo to see what hp it’ll handle efficiently

I'm not 100% positive on this but the previous owner burnt up the transmission while towing, he said he had a shop rebuild it. I'm unaware of how it was rebuilt, as of now it shifts amazing smooth and no rough shifts.
I'm fairly new to diesels but I've taken this thing on a couple trips a few hours away and my tranny temp doesn't get over 160 I don't even use the tranny fan because of how cool It runs.

160/30 is plenty for what you want. Any bigger injector then you will start replacing parts behind the motor.

These trucks aren't fast so don't try and push it. They will finish a marathon so build it reliably and you will be more than happy.

Highly suggest you do not use a K&N filter. I've seen several turbo's dusted because of that style filter
