7.3 upgrade suggestions

Hello all,
I’m a new 7.3 owner, 2000 f250 XLT 4x4 crew cab short bed with 215k miles. It has a cold air intake and 4” straight piped exhaust on it now. It looks to have about a 4 inch lift as well.
What suggestions do you all have as upgrades, etc? The main purpose of the truck is pulling a 8.5x18 enclosed trailer, hauling golf carts to the beach and back,
and general stuff like mulch, etc. this is NOT a daily driver.

As in, "I need more power!" or "I want it to look better?"

If power, there's a bunch of stuff you can do, most of it will depend on how deep your pockets are and how far down the pocket you want to reach. You can put in bigger injectors, put in a new impeller wheel in the turbo, like a Wicked Wheel 2. (ups the boost). You can get a programmer or a tuner to increase HP/TQ.

If looks, there are headlight upgrades, LED turn signals in the front or turn/tail/brake lights as well as LED Third Brake light. Side steps either non-movable like Nerf bars or retractable ones like Amp Research Powersteps. Mud flaps........etc...
I love the way it looks already, added tow mirrors this weekend and have some other things on the way, I’ve looked into some tuners and chips, probably going to be my next direction. Which tuner or chip would you recommend? If I do install said tuner/chip is there anything else I need to upgrade on the truck in unison to make sure it’s not too much on any one part?
Get the Hydra. No reason what so ever to look at any other chips.

I’ve seen this numerous times….anything you suggest getting with the chip? Gauges? Should the stock components hold up well with the hydra?
You'll want an EGT gauge for sure. And then the rest I believe has to do with transmission. Updating the trans cooler to the 6.0 one is highly recommended. Outside of that afraid I'm useless here lol. @JustinOOO9 and @[email protected] These guys will be able to line you out.
The EGT, trans, and a boost gauges are a good set. The Hydra does a good job, I'm still using hydra tunes too. They work pretty well for my application. If you're getting the Hydra you'll probably want to get a different wheel for the turbo if you get any surge/flutter noise during high boost. I had a riff raff wheel before my turbo and it did well. I would definitely get the 6.0 trans cooler and check your up pipes for leaks. They're a pain to change but I could tell a big difference when I did mine. When I bought the truck I never planned on doing as much as I did. But I just keep going lol.

What they said about the gauges. I typically recommend the Insight CTS3 monitor as quality gauges have gone up significantly in price. The monitor will do way more than the 3 popular gauges and read/clear engine codes.

Edge CTS3 Insight monitor w/ EGT probe (gauges)
KC Balanced Assembly (turbo) - also need to get new boots/clamps because almost certainly you have boost leaks
Hydra Chip
