i have a 99 7.3 f350, recently it would not start, and when i mean it wont start i would turn the key, all the lights,radio etc. would turn on but nothing would happen when i would turn it. batteries are good and starters good.
heres the weird part, when i touched metal to the small wire on the starter, it engaged. would that be a ground problem? please help
