Hello guy's! I have a 01 ford 7.3 litre with a manual transmission. I recently install stage 1 injectors in it. When i let it warm up for a bit and take off it is really slow to build boost and once it finally gets up to operating temp it will then build boost but still not as fast or as much as it did before. It has a bd turbo that is only a year old , cold air intake 4" turbo back exhaust and a programmer. It was also doing this right before i upgraded my injectors. My hpop pressure is fine also, I checked the pressure with my scanner. Any help would be appreciated. Thanx for the help

A programmer? NO programmer will set your truck up for a big turbo and big injectors. You need custom tunes. How the hell did you upgrade your injectors and turbo (ie, have the brains to find the right ones) but not upgrade your engine management?

its got nothing to do with either the engine management or the injectors.....
Its the exhaust back pressure valve closing down to help build heat in the engine. Its a flap looking thing on the back of the turbo. Most people take the ebpv out and gut the pedistal and do away with it.
Killing time on here with my smart phone.... :)
