I replaced the o-rings on my ccv today. They were leaking oil all over the valve cover. Most of the oil that i could see was running down the back of the left head so i think this was the culprit. The old rings were warped and not seated properly. I hope this fixed my leak. :woot:

Yeah, I am going through hunting for a oil leak too. I'm glad you probably found the culprit. I think mine is where I replaced my oil pump on the crank. I think the cover is leaking.

That doesn't sound good. I hope the new o-rings did the trick for me. I noticed some wet looking hp lines under the turbo, but there weren't any puddles in the valley.

dont ya just love oil leaks, i had mine all cleared up for about 4 days, and just noticed it was back today, i guess thats why we take 15 qts.

I had the same oil leak on mine a few months ago, thought it was the Valve cover but after closer inspection I noticed the oil coming from the o-rings on the CCV doghouse. I was happy that it was a cheap fix this time.....
