I thought I remember reading the 6.7 fits but one bolt has to be left out? Could be wrong on that one. Like voodoo said the 6.4 starter is a good option for the 6.0.
The 6.7 starter fits, but the bottom bolt is smaller the the 6.0 block takes, so you need to sleeve it and use washers or a shoulder bolt in that spot.
The 6.4 starter works really good and is a direct bolt on.
