So I did a delete on my 6.4 and the lower block off plate is leaking, I've checked that the bolt is tight, I've made sure the o-ring is good, I've even tried using heavy duty k-seal...anyone got any suggestions, I'm not oppose to putting something permeant in there..

Corroded aluminum bores too big or the block off plate is the wrong size, can you confirm its actually coming from that block off plate. And that the oring is properly seated. If anything just get some “the right stuff” and coat the oring”
