Hey guys This is Josh.
I recently received a 2003 F250 6.0L. Ive got thousands and thousands of dollars into this truck. All Injectors and glow plugs within the last 3,000 miles. Brand new HPOP, IPP, IPC and engine wire harness. The truck fires up like an angry bull and runs quick and strong...en-till i take in on the highway for about a minute and it will stall every time. no warning nothing it will just die. Then it wont start for about 10-25 minutes. battery is fine its cranking hard but wont fire?!?!?! what is going on? Someone please help! Mechanic swears up and down its not FICM..

You may also want your mechanic to do an HPO air leak test while it is hot. Do you have any monitoring on the truck like an Edge Insight CTS or scanguage to monitor the PID's the computer sees?

Dont worry about common leaks. Have your mechanic do his job and trouble shoot problem. If not you will be chasing your tail and spending alot more money than needed. Do you have a monitor? Does your wrench light come on when the truck stalls?
