Sounds like you are on the right track. Make sure to do plenty of research before pulling the trigger on anything. Take your time and do it right the first time and you will save yourself a lot of time/money.
Here are a few other things to look into.
Standard Updates: stand pipes, dummy plugs, turbo feed/drain, etc
Maybe look into a BPD Oil cooler... or plan to maintenance your cooling system.
Get a coolant filter
Do a really good coolant flush and switch to ELC coolant (like cat ec1). Flush before doing the whole head stud job.
Make sure to use ford OEM gaskets
At that power level I would also get oring heads
GET A MONITOR AND GAUGES! Edge CTS with pyro and fuel
Get an SCT tuner and plan to buy custom tunes
Now for the power adders. Assuming you don't plan on towing much this is what I would add/change about your list. (but its just my opinion). This should put you right around 600-700hp
205/75s
KC stage 3 68mm turbo
Upgraded HPOP (for a 2004 get the t500 from terminator engineering)
Upgraded intercooler (there are better options than banks)
WPE ported intake manifold
No Limit Fab air filter
BD Manifolds
