Guys I got a squeak coming from the bell housing. I just had the transmission out for a rebuild. I didn’t replace the torque converter. Anyways. I get in the truck and start it and in the bell housing you can hear squeak squeak squeak and it’ll do it for a few mins then stop. Then I put it in reverse and give it gas and it starts back even louder. I can put it in drive and power brake the thing and it doesn’t do it. Just wondering if y’all had any ideas what is wrong. I know the tc nuts are tight I checked them again after I heard the noise. Trans is kinda slow to go into gear until it warms up to. I’m thinking it’s somethig in the converter causing the sound and slowness to go into gear. I don’t really think my flex plate is the issue it looked great when I had the trans out.
