I have an 04 late 6.0 E350. I Lost the head gaskets and got hot, and tore it out and down to check everything while I am inside the engine. I just opened the Turbo and the exhaust side is tore up. The blades are burnt in the center and the VGT blades are scared. My question is what turbo is going to give me the most bang for my buck and what else beside items listed below do I need?

SCT (little power shop)
Tig welded plug in EGR T Pipe
Open exhaust (no cat, no muff)
New HPOP (5K miles ago)
New FICM (10 K ago)
Pyro, tranny, rear diff gauges
Custom Remote Amsoil dual oil filtration system (had to have machine shop make it up)

I am getting ready to reassemble the block with the following mods
New:
Gaskets, Main and connecting rod bearings,rings, ARP studs, Heads were decked, block checked and honed, new valve stem seals, Oil cooler seals, Modified high pressure fitting at the HPOP, new dummy plugs, new oil stand pipes
New Cam with new lifters and springs (colt stage one) (bad lobe on old one)
Blue spring fuel kit


Pleas elet me know if i am missing any items and let me know what type of turbo (upgrade or OEM) would be best.

Additional info, the primary purpose of this build/rig is a DD and a very heavy toy puller. The van and trailer are in the 25k range fully loaded
