Truck is a 2005 has almost 200k miles heads are studded, egr is deleted. When i fire up the truck it misses quite a bit and surges when you drive it. It still persists after it warms up, sometimes it breaks up, sometimes it runs like a top. Hooked scanner up to it, FICM never dropped below 47.5 volts. High Pressure oil stayed where desired. All filters have been serviced. Has anyone ever had the upper fuel oring go bad? Im thinking its that. Any input would be helpful.

Which o-ring are you talking about? On the injectors?

na not leaking and even unplugging it doesnt change the way it runs

lol ive repaired quite a few of these but this one's got me spinning. I never get the easy ones anyway lol.

What speeds is it doing this? All the time? Engine hot or cold?

Cold, all the time warm sometimes. When u floor it 80% of the time. Sometimes its perfect the other 80% you get the idea.

Sorry i didnt get back to this thread till now, i just broke down and put 8 new injectors in it. Fixed it lol.
