So, for the next time you mess with the oil rails -- there is a little plug near the top of the rail -- take those out (one each side) and crank until the oil flows out -- this bleeds most of the air from the rails at the beginning

Possible you may still have some air trapped in the upper part of the rails -- some "spirited" runs or a few WOT runs should force it out -- if your just piddling around, the air will take a while to work out

You could also have an upper oring on the injector body that is not sealing well and draining the oil rail over night -- or one of the nipple seals
were the nipples "tight" in the rails? -- did you try to wiggle them?

The codes will tell which glow plugs are bad
