I just bought an 05 6.0 f-250 4x4 for $4k but turns out a bad injector was actually a dead cylinder. Scratched up cylinder wall on scope and alot of blow-by any cost effective solutions? It's already head studded/egr deleted Etc 194k...

Nope. A rebuild or replacement motor is your solution. You can save money by getting a short block, but still $$$.

You gave us zero information about the condition of the truck, what you plan to do with it, why you even bought it.

Assuming you had a shop diagnose it and not a good friend who is a master tech, you should have a quote to repair it.

All that said, the most cost effective solution is to drive it until it dies, sell it as is, or fix it yourself.
