Alright, since nobody else has done it yet, I guess it's up to me to start this one. That way we can get back to "on topic" in the "what did you do" thread  No topics in particular required.........if it doesn't take off I'll kill it, otherwise I figure it may help wrangle in a couple of the other threads. Up to you guys though.

So there's the awkward start haha.....

Here is what the tree looked like in the daylight. Too close for comfort. The chainsaw is going to come out this weekend
Damn that could have done some damage. Would have made that injector purchase kinda moot for awhile lol
That thought did cross my mind
The fun has started. At least I will have a truck load of wood for deer season. Bad side it 100 degrees

If I was closer I would come help cut it down. If the tree would have fallen to the left it would have crushed the garage with my Mustang and my cousins 68 cougar

Thanks for the offer. My plan is to rent one of those man lift bucket things and do some serious trimming to all 23 trees in the yard.
My dad had a 68 cougar when I was little.
It was a fun car. No motor in it now but once he's done with a turbo Mustang a huge motor will be going in

What size is that saw? That thing sure is in good shape for an older saw. I have an old 028, but it isn't that clean.

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Same saw 028 . Its almost 30 years old but still starts on the first pull and cuts anything I need it to. It's my dad's saw, after every use it is taken apart and cleaned. They definitely don't make them like the use to

Think it might be time to take the display thing down and get to soldering. The compass never worked but I still don't like looking at a bank screen. The temp reading also says 0°F

Someone posted my video on Reddit, so I decided it was too boring and added a soundtrack. :D

What kind of system is that? I have been looking to add some cameras to my house and after last night I don't want to wait any longer
If Hillary wins does Bill get to decorate the White House ?
No but she will be able to sit at the same desk Monica crawled under :sofa:

Finished cutting up the tree. Decided to wait until it wasn't 100 degrees out. Found a yellow jacket nest in the ground next to where I was cutting, hundreds were swarming and got stung once in the hand and once on the forehead. Chits still burning lol but after a quick break to get some spray all was good again

Them damn things kept getting into the trash cans. The one found its way in a screened in back porch that was locked. It didn't make it far. Mini 14 took care of it

I have been throwing around the idea of buying a block to start a build. There is a guy local that has 2 short blocks for sale $350 each. I was going to take a look but is there anything I should look out for besides any obvious damage. Is there a way to tell what year the blocks are?

Coming back from Indianapolis today and I saw this little death trap. she was running around 70-75 mph in heavy traffic  That's like a freaking go cart, I'm almost sure it would fit in the bed of my truck. The funniest part was the badge on the back, it said "Smart"

For scale it looks like it went from my front tire to my door handle :crazys:
They can also fit two in one parking spot

Weatherman was wrong again. Said no rain all week so I washed and waxed my truck and of course it started to rain this morning. They are putting new asphalt down on my street today and the signs said 8-5. Well they were there at 6:30, sprayed oil in front of my driveway when I was leaving and the guy told me wait 10 minutes to soak in. I was waiting and he decided to just go ahead and do the whole freaking road :dunno:
