Well I am moving to a state with smog, what catalytic converters can I use to pass emissions? Or does someone have an OEM that they want to sell? Thank you

Does the sticker in your engine compartment state that it is an emissions vehicle? Check fleabay if no one here has one. Which state? Some states are visual inspections only so you can go with the “light” model Cat.

I would consult a shop who also does the testing and see what they recommend.
If they sell you the product work with them to get you passed.

Magnaflow 60111 is a universal 4 inch. I'm sure they make a 3 inch version or whatever stock piping is. Definitely epa compliant and (I'm pretty sure) carb compliant. Gets me by every year in Colorado.

I’ve got an OEM in good shape that I just deleted off my ‘07. You can have it for the price of shipping...which may be as much as buying one online.
