I'm about to do the direct drive solenoid upgrade as well as the filter and pan upgrade on my 6.0. I've recently read that some have done a dummy plug upgrade in the tranny as well. There is a plastic dummy plug or two in there that could begin leaking, granted it is an internal leak but never the less it's a flow of fluid that is unintentional. My question is this, Is it worth while to spend the money to upgrade to aluminum dummy plugs? Any one done this or have any experience with this.

Thanks for the reply. No issues yet. I'm just trying to be preventive. I'm using the Mercon LV and upgrading the filter for obvious reasons and with that comes the 6.4 pan. I figured while I've got the pan off I'd make any upgrades that should be done. Upon research I've found the "Gogo" solenoid upgrade (ordered through XDP) and the dummy plug upgrade. Where did you get your dummy plugs?
