I am thinking of putting 35x12.5 Toyo mud terrains and i was wondering if it would help out the millage if i put 4:10 gears? Does anybody have this setup? If so what MPG are yall getting? Any help is appreciated.. Thanks..

Seems like you would still be better off with you 3.73's. You should have PLENTY of torque to get the tires rolling and it will make it even more of a highway gear which = better MPG's... I have 35's on mine with 3.73's and I get around 15-17, but there isn't one time that I drive it that I am not dogging it.

Well as it is when im going like 50 the over drive is way to high and the truck has to down shift or it wont move when i try to speed up.

I have a 06 being dropped of for 4:10's mon. It's a nice difference. Even if the truck fells like it has plenty of power it is always best to put the motor back in it's designed RPM. Less strain, better power and you will see better fuel mileage.

i was thinking about thoes gears too just want to make sure its worth the $
