I'm coming from a 2015 F350 Lariat Ultimate package that I sold about a year ago now. I'm getting a 2020 F350 Platinum this time around. One thing I really wasn't impressed AT ALL with on the 2015 was the cooled seats. I've read the 2017-2019 they changed it and it made the seats super cold(both back and butt part). Now I'm reading they've switched back on the 2020's. Is this true? That would be super dissapointing and I don't get why they'd go backwards with it?

All it does is suck air through the seat, so it pulls the cold air that is in the truck through it. The seat does not provide any cooling!

Actually it’s has a thermoelectric (Peltier) cooling module. Not just a fan.

Edit: looks like the cooling module was dropped on 2020+, now just ventilated with cabin air.

My 2012 still blows colder than cabin temperature.
