I picked up some SD factory take off rims off a 2019. I tried mounting them on my 2006. Everything fit well except for I was only getting 14mm (.55") of wheel stud sticking through the rim. Iam thinking the stud length must be longer on the 2017+ SD's? can anyone confirm.

the studs can't be an inch longer on the new trucks that would make aftermarket rims a problem

I didnt take any pics. But yeah man from the face of the 2019 wheel to the end of the stud was a tight .55" (14mm). i dont have stock 06 wheels on so not sure what the stock wheels look like.

Would different lugs make a difference? i was using the lugs off the 2019.
