Since the day (2+ years) I started pulling my 12k pound 5th Wheel camper, I will occasionally get a bad shudder mainly in 4th gear, the shudder is pretty low frequency (2 to 5 Hz) but generally feels like a lack of power from the engine. Can happen on flat ground or going up hill. Seems to be doing it more frequently now and can usually induce it but just letting off the throttle when it is in 4th gear. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated? Leaving to go up to Gatlinburg in a few weeks, want to avoid any issues. No issue once I’m up to highway speed can even accelerate and climb overpasses in 5th gear no issue, happens with or without Tow/Haul mode enabled.

5k miles out of the 75k mile warranty, so any opinions on is this worth taking to a dealer. Any recommendations in the Baton Rouge / New Orleans metro areas? Drives fine while not towing besides an annoying high speed vibration around 75, thinking a rim / tire issue.

No tuning all stock, I need to check fluid. It is possible fluid got cooked, few months back found a bird nest crammed up in front of the cooler after a trip to Branson, but temps never really went past 225F on that trip.
