Have you done a system reset? Thatg would be the first place to start. Next is Get WWW.forscan'org You can look at the BCM and see if the camera has been turned off and turn it back on. Get the wired connector not the wireless.

There is a special grease I use for connections like this. i get it at the dealer. IUt's just called Motorcraft electrical grease. I suppose you can use Di-electric grease just the same but I don't know if they are the same.
