Hello I am new to this Forum, however this write up has been very helpful as I have been working through the process of getting my 2015 dash swap up and functioning properly. Still having some issues with the with the following items;

#1-If I shift the transmission from Park or Reverse to Drive, the truck will upshift automatically on its own no problem, however the moment it downshifts it will no longer upshift unless I come to a complete stop and return to Park or Reverse. I can however put the truck in Manual shift mode and Manually upshift and downshift no issues(this is how I've been using my truck for the last month) TCM has zero codes triggered when I hook up FORScan
#2-When I apply the Brake for 2-3 Seconds with the vehicle in Drive or Reverse the Disabled Traction Control message pops up and disables itself. Thus not allowing for the use of Cruise Control. There is a Code in which it states "Actuator Stuck Open" as a fault symptom.
#3-Right rear Brake light nor Turn signal will work. I have replaced the "Stop Switch" on the pedal and didn't change a thing. There are 4 wires in that plug going to that switch. One of the wires is Hot constantly, other wire is Ground, third wire produces a 12v signal when the pedal is depressed, forth wire doesn't produce anything when pedal is depressed. My hunch is that the forth wire should be producing a 12v signal and possibly its for the Right Brake/ Turn Signal, however there must be an open ground circuit somewhere and this is allowing the fault code which may possibly be related to the Traction Control message.
#4-Check Engine light on (Code says it is for Ambient temperature) I have not ran the 2 wires that have been suggested from the BCM back to a large plug on the Drivers side. Most likely this will fix that issue.
#5-Front Interior cab lights won't come on when a door is opened, I can manually turn them on so I know they have power.
#6-Rear Power Window will not function.
#7-Passenger Window will not function. However as addressed this in this forum writeup, I haven't attempted to trace the wiring and relocate them in both driver and passenger doors.
#8-HVAC system not functioning code B1082-Right Temperature Dampener Motor

I’m assuming your truck is a 11-12, did you use a 13-16 cab floor harness, if so I would double check the large connector wires that they match up when you spliced the plug in, there are some same colour wires just slightly different diameter, the ambient air temp sensor is in the passenger mirror the wires run for that are in a different direction, you’ll need to run two wires to a plug under the drivers side dash by the obd2 connector it does not go to the BCM, the ambient air temp goes to the PCM
Passenger window needs to be reworked at both drivers and passengers side plugs at the cab connector
Not sure about your hvac issue maybe a failed motor
My guess is some of the power wires are not connected properly at that large plug on the drivers side kick panel

Also is your as built module data all matched up to a 2013 with similar options? Force reset your abs module?

Yes the vehicle is a 2011 F250, donor parts have all came from the same 2015 F350. I used the dash, cab body harness, BCM and the Heat&Cooled seats from that vehicle. Definitely agree the large plug on the harness (Driver side) that had to be swapped out was/still is my main concern. What I’ve done so far is pulled the wiring diagrams for both vehicles and verified all the connections were corresponding, in doing so I identified 3 pairs of wires (7 wires to be exact) that used the same color coding.
Pin #2 Circuit VR213 (VT-GN) and Pin #9 Circuit RE136 (VT-GN) both 20 gauge wires. Pin #10 circuit LE136 (GN-OG) and Pin #45 Circuit VCA24 (GN-OG) both 20 guage wires.
Pin #16 Circuit VE702(BU-WH) 20 guage, Pin #44 VCA23 (BU-WH) 20 guage, Pin #54 CLS28(BU-WH) 18 guage.
I went back and unsoldered each one individually and swapped the two wires with each other, each time I got a negative result from the Truck. But this was only with the 20 guage wires. For example, one pair I swapped immediately triggered the ABS system fault, another pair I lost throttle response.

I wonder since you said same colors just slightly different diameter if I shouldn’t go back and reevaluate the (BU-WH) wires seeing that 2 of them are 20 guage and one is 18 guage. ??

Once I get the main issues resolved with the Auto Shifting Properly and Traction Control system working I will tackle the Window issue.

I had to rest the ABS module exactly the same way you did in your previous post, forcing to write the data. Once I did that it recognized the module.
I’m not sure how to check the “as-built” data matches

All the module data needs to match, changing the BCM changes the vin programming in all the other modules, they won’t communicate very well, you’ll need to program the modules as built data to match, if the truck you got the parts from was the same options as yours or close use that in on fords side to get the as built data and program it.
I’m going honest if you’re not handy with forscan or as built data this might be tricky as it’s required to get it all to work correctly.
I can’t see the shifting issue being directly related to the swap unless the shifter cable is in correctly or something

I appreciate the feedback!! Yea both trucks had very similar features, 2015 had a few more upgrades like Sunroof, Rear Defrost, Heated&Cooled Seats, Backup Camera.
Alright so let me see if I am understanding you correctly, I need to contact FORD to get the "as built data" for the 2015 F350 using the VIN as a match and program those values in to each individual module.
Currently what I've done on the FORScan system is under the Module Configuration portion, once I selected which module I wanted to reconfigure, I have clicked on the "as built data" option and then just told the system to "write" using the exact data that had pre-populated. ......from what your telling me this is probably why the modules aren't communicating properly.
Yes I understand that I am "green" at the FORScan system, most of it I have had to learn by trial and error. However if manually inputting new values in for each Particular Module is what needs to be done, I will learn by the hard way, trial and error. Unfortunately I have not come across anyone in my friend circle who has dealt with FORScan that could even begin to lend me a hand

If you have any thing plugged into the OBDC port, like a Bluetooth adapter. Remove it. I thought my transmission was toast. Due to my mx link causing horrible transmission issues. Unplugged it and the problems were fixed, so I don’t monitor it in real time anymore, but it is not necessary on a 6,7L anyway.
