I just got a 2014 6.7L through work. It’s got 135k on it and a new remaned short block with full emissions delete. When I got the truck I noticed it was throwing the following codes:
P0284 Cylinder 8 Contribution/Balance
P0263 Cylinder 1 Contribution/Balance
as well as P02CE and P02D0 which are cylinder learning offset at min capacity.
Right away we contacted the dealership we got it from and I drove it back up there and they put in 8 new injectors. I just picked up the truck and after making the two hour drive the engine light came back on again.
There are no drivability symptoms however there is a slight lope at idle. I’ve checked the fuel rail pressure and it read fine, all of the harness connectors are seated properly and there are no kinks or anything. I’m working on reading the IQA codes on the PCM to match them to the injectors, but I’m at a loss for anything else it could be.
Any ideas?
