Hello guys. I and getting ready to install some loading lights in the back bumper and noticed this wire in front of the rear bumper on the drivers side of the spare tire near the main harness plug. Its dead ended and shrink capped... just wondering if this may be the other end of a wire from the bundle at the emergency brake pedal.

Pretty sure that's the wire for use with a truck topper third stop light.
