2012 f250 6.7, turbo won’t work after idling.

Kind of strange if I let my truck idle for like 5 minutes and then go to drive it, the turbo won’t work. I then shut the truck off and turn it back on and it works fine. Any ideas? Happens with tow haul mode on aswell.
