Considering the turbo kits alone run about $2500 that doesn't sound too bad out the door. I will say you need to make sure of how they will be doing the tuning. Ask if you will receive the tuning device or if it will be a hard tuned PCM. Add to that a requirement that you be allowed a test ride before you pay for the work.

Just remember they may not do too much for "performance" tuning. I would expect it to drive a bit better than stock, but not run like a scalded dog. Transmission shifting might be the only thing that needs time to settle into the new setup.

The truck has been dieted for competition...
I have offroad tunes from a formerly popular vendor and have gotten tune revisions to compensate the turbo and fuel pump upgrades.

The only thing the truck is going in the shop for is to get hard parts installed.

HP numbers will be known when you get the track times in repeated runs on different days.

$5k for all work done out the door seems reasonable considering the work, HPFP swap, turbo swap, and getting the tuning files.

Looking to put my 2011 on a diet for competition as well as swap to the 2015 turbo and hpfp. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good shop between Orange County and Lake Havasu City?
