Hey guys I'm looking for some insight on my problem. Pickup only blows hot air. Bought it this end of winter/ early springs so I never tried out the a/c. Its finally getting warm enough some afternoons here in North Dakota and my pickup only blows hot air. Its a lariat package with dual climate and auto temp control. It has a code for B2266 and B2267. Which is left and ride side blend door circuit failure.

So I was planning to run to the local dealer and grab a couple blend door actuators. Other part of me is like what are the chances of both of these being out at the same time. Also everybody I hear that has a blend door actuator out seems to be stuck with cold air and no heat... Sooooo inner me is jumping to conclusions and thinking its the whole climate control unit..

Anybody got opinions?

For starters, does the fan come on when you turn the AC on? It would be out of freon/leak in the system, bad relay. Check the easy stuff first.

Buy a recharge bottle and run a charge test for starts.

It got down to 25 degrees here the other night and I turned the temperature down to 60 degrees, and turned on the a/c. no change in the blown air temperature at all, seems like the thermostat is stuck on 90. Anyways I ordered a blend door actuator today. Should be at ford tomorrow morning. Checked all my fuses on the passenger side floor. Did not find anything blown.
