I have a Ford F350 2006, I've been having this no start issue, the truck runs great but wants to stall at times and will stall at idle sometimes. It has gotten a new fuel pump, new ignition switch, new fuel filters, and a new ignition switch as well as a new IPR valve. I need some fresh eyes on it and would appreciate a bit of direction as diagnosis is not my field. I have an OBD scanner with ForScan Lite and a bit of data I've got. I'll post it as soon as I can.

Man, I wouldn't have done any of that. You likely have a harness issue, the main harness, and maybe towards the fan lead. A short in the harness will shut down the PCM immediately. But even a short in the transmission harness can do that. At least that's my SWAG for not being there.

The Forscan data may help - Mark (Bismic) is very good with that.

Thank you, I will post the Forscan data later today. I had to tow the truck to a shop last week because it got bricked at a job. The shop diagnosis was a frayed wire between the FICM and the CAM sensor and I got charged $906, I feel like I got ripped off but I don't know enough about mechanic stuff to say so. My thinking now is that there's an exposed wire somewhere inside that causes a short. That could explain why the truck always had issues after it rains. How do I inspect the harness myself? At this point I have to step up and start checking things myself as to not accrue more hours at a shop.

I don't know how to hose test but I'll check this out.
Spray your windshield and the top of your cab down good with water, then open the hood and inspect for leaks around everything inside the engine bay. Check inside your cab for water or wetness as well.

A frayed wire at the cam sensor has the potential for screwing with the signal when it rains, or there is a lot of dew on the area.

It's hard to say if you got ripped off. Electrical faults, especially in the harness, can take some billable hours to find.

Screenshot it with your phone or take a pic with your phone. Then post the picture on here.

Explain your pics. Tell us what each PID is on both colums (it got cut off) and also what the truck was doing at time of each screen shot (idle, KOEO, WOT, etc.)?

Both screenshots I'm cranking, the truck is not starting. Starting from top left going right the readings are as follows, FICM_MPWR, FICM_VPWR, EOT (engine oil temp), FICMSYNC, FICM_LPWR, ICP (injector control pressure), MISFIRE, ICP_DES (Injector control pressure desired), FP_F (fuel pump fault), WFS (water in feel), OPSC (oil pressure switch control counter), ECT (engine coolant temps), and SYNC (CMP and CKP Synchronized.

Get rid of Misfire, water in fuel, and fuel pump fault PIDs and add Fuel Pulse Width (also known sometimes as Injector Pulse Width), IPR, & ICPvoltage in their place. Rescreen shot data and post here.

We really are trying to help and not just making you jump through hoops as it may seem. The problem is, we need to see specific data to help try and pinpoint the issue. Promise 😁

I fully understand, while this isn't my field I do understand the many hoops and frustrations that come with troubleshooting. I will post that data as soon as I have it.

Need to add RPM also -- since you do not have either sync
