If it is diesel, then a new injector most likely.

If it is dripping, then smell it, run it in your fingers to see how oily it is or isn't, etc. You could even get a paper towel to soak up some and see if it will burn.

You are in the best position to know for sure what it is.

I agree, one drip of automotive fluid will not kill you, and is a good way to identify the fluid

Agreed with @bismic. Gonna need to pull & inspect/change that injector to find root cause. Check your oil level too, and change it if it's overfill. Depending on how it failed, if you have fuel leaking from an injector, it's quite possible some of that fuel could have leaked past the rings and contaminated the oil.

My 2006 f350 just started leaking from here. I’m sorry if these pictures aren’t good enough but I can take more if needed, it’s dripping a clear fluid. Please any help on how to fix this issue or

The fuel rail plug on the back of the head is leaking. It has a o-ring on it that has failed.

Good call...forgot about that! Should be able to see that plug with a mirror to confirm, right?

I was just bout to ask this same question. I have been having the same problem, it started with the smell of diesel in the cab and then I looked under the truck and the second picture you posted is exactly what my truck looks like. I just did not know what the cause could be

0.50 cent oring can cause a lot of headaches

should be a #4 ORB plug, any hydraulic store will have the oring -- you cant use the hardware store versions
the ORB fittings take a slightly smaller gauge of oring than a common oring

What led me to suggest the injector is how the area on the "cab side" of the exhaust manifold flange looks dry, but the engine side looks wet. It may just be the picture quality. If there is excess fuel in the exhaust manifold, your engine would have some exhaust smoke for sure, so let us know about that if you do have exhaust smoke.

Regardless, checking that fuel rail plug on the end of the head is a great suggestion for sure. Once you get a leak, the air across the engine usually pushes it back towards the bed of the truck, but as I am sure you know, a leak can flow into strange places.....as an example, seems like almost all oil leaks end up on the bell housing - even the glow plug leaks and cam/crank sensor leaks.

Oooooh that's a fun one.
Just check to make sure there's nothing in the valley first. A leak there could drain back.
