Hello everyone, I would appreciate your help and input regarding my 6.0 Rebuild.
I am looking to do a reliable yet enjoyable build

I have compiled the following list:

1. Full Engine Gasket Set
2. Engine Oil Cooler
3. Stand Pipes / Dummy Plugs
4. (6.4) Push Rods
5. Injectors
6. Glow Plugs
7. Low Pressure Oil Pump
8. Water Pump
9. Thermostat
10. Head Studs
11. Complete Idler & Pulley Set
12. Serpentine Belt
13. AC Pump
14. Resurface Heads / Weld Fire Rings / New Injector Cups / New Injector Seals
15. Replace Front Main Seal & Rear Main Seal (Comes in new Gasket Set)
16. HPOP & SCT Fitting

Please add your input on what you recommend I should also replace/update and with which company I should go with to buy the parts listed above.
If I have missed anything please add it below in comments

Buy a good set of Johnson lifters, would recommend a cam swap to help mitigate lifter failures as well.

I would not replace the HPOP unless you know yours is bad. The OEM 2005 are very reliable and aftermarket ones are a crapshoot.

in that case ill be running the old one (125k miles on it) if it ends up still giving me hard starts ill replace it with New OEM

I don't think ill be doing that. I watched a few videos and managed to save that gasket.
bed plate gasket still feels rubbery and looks alright.
I will defiantly replace the oil pan gasket.

So the motor is out and apart, and you're not going to re-seal the bedplate when it is all accessible? That is right up there with not changing all the lifters.
I normally don't over step but that is a stupid choice IMO.....but its your truck.

you have a point. if it comes with the complete gasket set I might as well

Put a thin layer of Right Stuff along the outer bit of the bedplate and oil pan, that stuff is bomb proof and even new gaskets are known to seep at low mileage
