I think I have overdone it

Today's final parts list all the new parts going into the excursion at Ranaway Diesel.
@toren302 and Jen great people I would highly recommend the shop anyone in WA, OR, ID or anywhere else, you should use Ranaway.
@peixinho Charlie great guy that turbo looks like a piece of art! Thank you for working with me getting that intake sent out. Excited to see what kind of tune you have for this Ex. Don't for get it's the wife's daily driver but she likes the power.

Some not-quite-engine thoughts:

As long as it's all ripped to crap, you might consider a transmission flush and a 2008 pan/filter upgrade.

Given the miles, I'd swap out the water pump on principle. It will take no additional time and prolly not very much additional money - depending on how you go. New belts, of course, but I doubt that would be overlooked.

Toren might be willing to do a 6.0 fan clutch mod for you as long as he's in there. If not, you could go with a 7.3 fan clutch.

Wow this Excursion really moves. @toren302 for the 88 mile drive back home Sarah had a smile on her face the whole time. I was stuck behind her listening to that turbo whistle
