Who knows... Looking at the pics I think it's closer to the 15k - 20k range. It's worth whatever you can get someone to pay for it.

Also, it’s that you’re using this forum as a Craigslist kind of thing. Not really appreciated much. Nobody here is dumb enough to pay $29k for an 03 7.3 unless it has been completely rebuilt and restored from the ground up.

Seriously, try Craigslist instead of this forum. Someone just may pay close to what you’re asking but you should be able to sleep at night knowing you sold them a rock-solid truck. You’re obviously trying to capitalize on an unprecedented market but at least take care of the dent and make sure any and all mechanical issues are repaired professionally before you sell it.
