Thinking about upgrading the front suspension of my 2003 F350 to a 2005 or newer suspension. Any info or suggestions would be appreciated.

If you are just trying to go to coils instead of leafs, why not just get an aftermarket coilover conversion kit?

I'd like to go with the stock suspension except for a leveling kit.

You will need the axle, spring buckets, coils, radius arms, arm mounts, shocks, and sway bar....also will need the track bar, and drag link.

I looked into this myself, wanted to do it to my 2000 excursion...

It'll bolt up, I think you have to drill like 4 holes. But, your front track width will now be a few inches different from the rear, unless you run wheels in the front with different back spacing...
