Two weeks ago I put 30 dollars worth of fuel in my truck and the evening after that I was driving and it just died. A friend of mine told me it could be the ipr or icp so I changed them with ones from amazon and still no start. Another friend told me could be the ficm so I borrowed his and spit and sputtered like it was trying to start so I ordered one off Shannon and installed it with a new crankshaft position sensor and it idles very rough and no pedal response any help would be appreciated

Well, stop throwing parts at it.
First thing you need to do is make sure you're getting fuel. Open the upper fuel bowl, remove the filter and evacuate any fuel left in it. Have a friend turn the key to "on" (don't try to start it, just to on) watch to see how fast or slow the fuel bowl fills up. Be ready to have the key shut off in a hurry, the bowl can fill in a second or two.
