I recently joined this forum to find someone who appreciates the 7.3L Powerstroke engine so I can sell my truck for a fair price. I am the original owner and can provide the spec sheet from purchase. I bought the truck new in August 2001 and have been using it pull my horse trailer (not as an everyday vehicle). It has bumper and gooseneck hitches and it runs and drives great. New transmission in 2018. I purchased a new truck in 2019 and my son has been driving this truck for the last 2 years. He's going off to college now and while he absolutely LOVES the truck, it's not practical. I'm looking to sell it and buy something that gets better gas mileage for him to drive back and forth to UT Austin (I'm in hour NE of Austin).
There is some minor rust in a few places, the two back doors will close but it's difficult and the rear bumper is slightly tilted down from my son backing into a light pole. I can get more pictures and more info if needed. If you buy the truck from out of state, it will not leave my property until the check clears, so no scammers please.
