i was just cruising along at 65 mph and my truck stalled. i threw it into neutral and started it right back up. it did this 5 more times at different speeds and rpms but it was always when i was at a constant speed. what is going on because i need this to stop.

That is one of the usual symptoms of a bad Cam Position Sensor (CPS, also called a CMP by Ford). They are not very expensive these days and if it turns out not to be the problem, you now have a spare for the glovebox (which is always a good idea anyway). The sensor is at about the 11 o'clock position in relation to the crank pulley. Use a good quality 6-point 10mm socket to remove the bolt that holds it in (from under the truck is the easiest).
