No better time to do service than when I can't go to work. :( Truck is approaching 100K.

I had to replace the transfer case rear output seal, so I did new Ford fluid at the same time. I suppose diffs could use new fluid. Time for trans filter change + new fluid? Brakes are still good (fronts were replaced at 50K). Front end already gets greased regularly.

Anything else I should be inspecting / replacing / etc.?

I would at least drain and refill the coolant with a fresh mix. You could also give it a good once-over and check all the coolant hoses, fuel hose connections, vacuum lines, check the major wire harnesses for rub spots etc

May as well get elbow deep (literally) in the engine bay and torque the vacuum pump bolts. If it is not leaking now, it will.
You also should take a look at the body mounts. A 2015 should be fine depending on where you live but they do go bad

They tend to back out on their own. There is no locking agent from the factory and over time they loosen up. We just did my friends yesterday. Pulled the pump, cleaned up everything and put it back in. It only took about 4 hours including clean up and test drive. Not horrible, but patience is key! Not my video, but for reference:

Transfer case fluid change
Transmission drop the pan, change the filter, top off woth new fluid
Grease all hinges
Change wiper blades
Upgrade front head light bulbs
Change batteries if older than 4 years
Check belts for cracking
Check for fluid leaks under the truck
Fill air in spare tire if low pressure
Change oil and send the old oil in for lab analysis

Yes! Definitely time (if not overdue) for T case and tranny. The belt, I think, is spec'd for 100k. Good suggestions!

How about adding a Rudy's cold air pipe? Cost is under $150 on ebay and you eliminate the future failure of the plastic pipe at an unknown moment.

I second this! Mine blew towing a camper to Utah. Always at the worst times!

How about adding a Rudy's cold air pipe? Cost is under $150 on ebay and you eliminate the future failure of the plastic pipe at an unknown moment.

What's the story with this? Is the OEM intake tube likely to fail?

What's the story with this? Is the OEM intake tube likely to fail?
Yes. It’s plastic. Mine split at the seam and then you’re left with no boost pressure. Mine blew at 145k miles.
