Sorry for the long post.

We have a 2010 F-450 6.4. We purchased this truck from Texas that has had flood damage. We have went over every module and connector in the truck to clean and replaced anything with corrosion. Below are the list of replaced items and the current list of problems/issues the most important issue is the truck is stuck in high idle going to 1300RPM and the accelerator pedal has no response. Truck is deleted, but we DO NOT have the tuner that was on the truck.

Current Codes:
P2127; Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "E" Circuit Low Input

P2123; Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "D" Circuit High Input

P0578; Cruise Control Multi-Function Input A Circuit Stuck

U0151; Lost Communication With Restraints Control Module (Module is disconnected waiting on new one)

Items Replaced:
  • New Body Control Module from Ford (Not yet programmed)
  • Complete Accelerator Pedal Assembly
  • Truck does not shift out of park with the shift lever. (We are able to shift with cable under the column)
  • Power door locks do not work.
  • Truck goes into high idle at startup and holding the brake pedal will bring it back to normal idle.
  • Accelerator Pedal is completely dead
Does the accelerator pedal need programming from ford when replaced?

Is it possible the truck is stuck in "Stationary Elevated Idle Control (SEIC)"?

Does the truck need programming from ford for the new BCM?
