I have a 2008 F350 with a factory 7 pin connector below the bump

er and a 7 pin plug in the bed. The bed connection wasn't working, so I pulled the wires back of the spare and that 7 pin connection was not wired at all. The bumper connection works fine on my 5th wheel but I want to be able to use the bed connection. The color scheme on the factory 7 pin is a little funky (orangish, blue, green, white, tan, yellow and blue brown stripe) . The bed connector wires are a little more standard (red, black, white blue, green, brown and yellow). I attached pictures of both sets. I am not sure which wires I should splice into to get the bed connection live.

Is there a connector in the bumper outlet wires? These guys have what you need. i looked up your truck and this is what I found.

Thanks for the tip. I think this will be my best option here. Yea there is a ford bumper connection for 7 and 4 pin. It should connect right up.

I bought one of those for my truck and it was a little long but it worked just fine.
